In this role you’ll provide and deliver an enhanced and professional customer service experience to attract, advise and retain high net worth clientele.What you’ll be doing:

  • Forming relationships with clients and Private Bankers by having professional and unique conversations with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs to enhance sales, drive retention and boost cross selling opportunities.
  • Adapting to business communications and changes e.g. training provided, policy wordings and process amendments
  • Exploiting your high net worth Underwriting knowledge and expertise to understand each case, making profitable decisions in line with your own level of authority and working closely alongside the Technical Underwriting team for complex cases.
  • Taking ownership of all client queries and complaints through to resolution and routinely raise any issues which could impact or even improve the quality of service provided.
  • Engaging the CONNECT and right first time ethic is critical when assembling client records and when providing advice which subsequently portrays a trusting and high quality level of customer service.
  • Ensure all client contact is aligned with regulatory standards; adhere to SLA’s and ensuring you treat customers fairly by demonstrating TCF principles and being aware of following the regulatory requirements of the FCA.

What you’ll need:This role will require excellent communication skills and relationship building skills. We need someone who can use their own initiative and process work independently in a timely manner. You will be organised, have a strong eye for details and ensure all information is delivered with accuracy!Ways of WorkingThis role is based out of our Leeds office.
