We’re proud to partner with a leading legal services provider to recruit for their expanding specialist probate team. What You’ll Do

• Manage a diverse caseload of probate cases with varying complexity, using a state-of-the-art case management system.
• Engage with clients primarily via telephone and email, delivering a personalised and empathetic service.
• Maintain accurate records using advanced legal technology, including AI tools designed to simplify estate administration.
• Work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals, with access to administrative support to streamline your workload.
• Mentor and share your expertise with junior team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What We’re Looking For
This role would suit individuals who:

• Are qualified solicitors or legal executives (CILEX or STEP qualification preferred) or have equivalent experience in probate law.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can effectively manage and prioritise their workload.
• Have a client-focused approach, with the ability to build positive and lasting relationships, even in a remote setting.
