Description
Main Tasks:
- Identify and source goods and services needed for the project, following Berghof Foundation’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain close coordination with the project team and local partners within the necessary parameters to implement project activities.
- Obtain and compare quotes from vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Place and track orders and monitor deliveries and ensure goods and services meet project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the project team.
- Prepare and submit reports for all conducted procurement activities and expenses.
- Maintain project documentation and files.
- Organize and manage the logistics of project activities, such as transportation, accommodation, and equipment rental.
- Frequent travel is required across Iraq to cover project activities.
