Identify and source goods and services needed for the project, following Berghof Foundation’s procurement policies and procedures.
Maintain close coordination with the project team and local partners within the necessary parameters to implement project activities.
Obtain and compare quotes from vendors and negotiate contracts.
Place and track orders and monitor deliveries and ensure goods and services meet project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
Provide administrative support to the project team.
Prepare and submit reports for all conducted procurement activities and expenses.
Maintain project documentation and files.
Organize and manage the logistics of project activities, such as transportation, accommodation, and equipment rental.
Frequent travel is required across Iraq to cover project activities.
