Procurement Manager, High-end Architecture and Interior Design StudioPermanentSalary Guide: £45,000 – £60,000 A high-end architecture and interior design studio is seeking a Procurement Manager to manage the delivery of FF&E from tender through to completion. The successful candidate will establish best practice procurement policies across the business and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.About this Procurement Role
- Project management – overseeing the full FF&E tender, team time management, delegating tasks, managing the programme and deadlines.
- Issuing packages for pricing and tender documents which are to be reviewed alongside the lead designer/ Director.
- Working closely with the Finance Manager on fund timelines and ensuring timely receipt of funds from clients.
- Delivery plan scheduling.
- Establishing transport and export/import strategy for international projects.
- Manage all supplier communications and appointments.
- Provide weekly/monthly progress reports to the directors.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Min. 2 years as a Procurement Manager with a UK-based luxury interior design firm.
- Strong communication skills and highly organised.
- A collaborative team-player, and a leader.
- Strong work ethic and a problem-solver.
- Experience in luxury interiors, design packs, site installations.
- Process driven and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Esti-PC, MS Office, AutoCAD, InDesign
