The United Nations World Food Programme hereinafter referred to as “WFP”, with its headquarters located in Via C.G. Viola, 68/70, 00148 Rome, Italy is the leading humanitarian organization saving lives and changing lives, delivering food assistance in emergencies, and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience by assisting almost 100 million people in around 83 countries each year.
WFP in the Philippines would like to seek for any information in the market on the existing software application for disaster preparedness and response. The software will cover Primary Data Collection Application, Warehouse Inventory and Logistics Application, and Managed Services for Operations Support.
Service providers are requested to fill out and sign the RFI Response form and send the accomplished form to [email protected] on or before 05 July 2024, 17.00HRS, Manila Time. Likewise, all requests for clarifications and questions should also be sent to [email protected]
Please note that this is not an invitation to submit a bid. WFP does not solicit any form of payment from interested suppliers who wishes to participate in procurement activities. WFP reserves the right to change or cancel this procurement process or any of its requirements at any time during the process; any such action will be communicated to all participants.
