Amendment
The bid bulletin 4 issued to extend the bid submission deadline and upload changes in bid datasheet, Section 5 and Form G (Please see attached bid bulletin 4 and revised forms for your reference). Bidders is fully responsible for submitting their proposal based on the above changes and revised forms. The bidder is fully responsible to accept the changes in the system before submitting the bid in order to prevent disqualification during the evaluation process.
