Dear Madam/Sir,

The United Nations for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, hereinafter referred to as UN Women hereby invites prospective vendors to submit a quotation(s) in accordance with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents, incuding General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and the Technical Specifications as set out in the RFQ.

Kindly note that quotation(s) shall be submitted through Quantum by following the instructions below:

Existing Suppliers: Navigate to the Quantum Supplier Portal (http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/) to log in to the system.

New Suppliers: Click on Supplier Registration (oraclecloud.com) for the registration page of the Quantum Supplier Portal.

To view the solicitation documents, click on Docs-Public – Sourcing – Security (sharepoint.com) to enable the access to the solicitation documents. Then click on Docs-Public – Procurement – All Documents (sharepoint.com).
