Introduction
UNDP Angola intend to contract a national company to lead the design, planning, and execution of the launch event for the Roots Reconnected Crowdfunding Campaign. The event must be innovative, inclusive, and culturally engaging, tailored to host high-level government officials, private sector actors, international development partners, artists, influencers, and civil society. The selected company will be responsible for delivering a high-quality event that reflects the campaign’s objectives and inspires engagement and contributions from a broad audience
Deliverables
i. A detailed concept and agenda for the event, aligned with the campaign’s vision, suitable for 100 guest;
ii. Event execution, including:
o Coordination of guest list, protocol and Master of Ceremony arrangements, and invitation management,
o Management of logistics
o Catering should be based on national/traditional food and beverage),
o Venue setup (chairs and tents, etc)
o Development of creative content (videos, presentations, visuals, including multimedia materials such as: stage setup if required, sound system, wireless microphones, etc.);
iii. A cultural performance or moment.
iv. On-site coordination and post-event reporting, including 50 high-quality photos and a video recording of the event, including testimonials from guests.
