Introduction
Digital transformation of the laboratory diagnostics process between the Clinical Centre of Montenegro (hereinafter: CCM) and other healthcare institutions (primary healthcare centers, general hospitals, and clinical and hospital centers) that makes more efficient flow of information between them possible, reduces the need for in-person visits by patients, increases communication efficiency, and decreases the administrative burden on the departments involved.
Note: The project will be implemented in two phases. Phase 1 involves the integration of laboratories at the primary healthcare level, and Phase 2 integration of remaining public healthcare institutions.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. In case of Joint Venture/Association/Consortium, it is the responsibility of the designated lead entity to submit the offer, as the contract, if awarded, shall be signed between UNDP and the designated lead entity. In case that the offer is not submitted by the designated lead entity, UNDP reserves the right to disqualify the offer.
