The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the development of an innovative digital wallet application tailored for NGOs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the nonprofit sector while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for our NGO-focused digital wallet platform.
- Gather, analyse, and translate requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
- Prioritise features and manage the product backlog to ensure efficient development cycles.
- Lead and mentor the junior product owner.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to drive continuous product improvements.
- Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital wallets or fintech solutions.
- Experience working in international settings across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of payment systems and digital financial services.
- Prior experience in the NGO or nonprofit sector (preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Employment Details
