Product Lead – Digital Wallets (Consultant)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the development of an innovative digital wallet application tailored for NGOs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the nonprofit sector while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for our NGO-focused digital wallet platform.
  • Gather, analyse, and translate requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
  • Prioritise features and manage the product backlog to ensure efficient development cycles.
  • Lead and mentor the junior product owner.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance functionality.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital wallets or fintech solutions.
  • Experience working in international settings across multiple countries.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and digital financial services.
  • Prior experience in the NGO or nonprofit sector (preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Employment Details

  • Working Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible), with availability for essential catch-up meetings.
  • Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday (aligned with our working days).
  • Location: Fully Remote.
