The Role:

As a Product Lead Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving growth for Aiven’s products through strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that attract and retain self-service customers, drive revenue, and increase market share.

What You’ll Do:

• Acquire direct adoption (self service) accounts
• Growth usage within self-service accounts
• Identify and hand-off Product Quality Leads (PQL) to sales team
• Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and experiments aimed at generating explosive user growth
• Build email nurturing campaigns to convert trials and free tier users to paying users
• Develop and run hypotheses and tests to quickly identify optimizations
• Monitor relevant metrics to pinpoint areas of potential growth
• Explore innovative strategies to influence key metrics effectively

What We’re Looking For:

MUST HAVE:

• 4+ years experience in growth marketing, preferably within a SaaS organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data driven decisions
• Proficient in B2B marketing across various digital platforms and channels
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and marketing automation software

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Pardot/Salesforce Engagement platform
• Experience crafting and implementing data-driven Product Led Growth (PLG) marketing strategies
