Working in the Partner Products Entertainment team
As our Product Manager TV Advertising Models, you develop the strategy around TV advertising models together with our partners (i.e. broadcasters, streamers and advertising agencies). You further build the market standard for TV advertising in Belgium and define win-win-win value propositions to generate (new) revenues. You strengthen Telenet’s role in the media and advertising landscape.
Your tasks as our Product Manager
Design & develop new advertising models based on the needs of both partners and customers, taking into account future opportunities, changing markets and/or improvement opportunities;
Ensure that proposed solutions are profitable by owning or contributing to business cases or budget and making recommendations in terms of feasibility and customer dynamics;
Contribute to the marketing & portfolio strategy in terms of product orientation & value proposition;
Act as “point of contact” for commercial partners and manages for Telenet day-to-day relationships with partners. Communicate proposed solution and presents delivery milestones towards partners;
Define business requirements and ensure technical or operational delivery of the proposed solutions. Consistently applies Telenet design principles across partner products. Enables optimal customer experiences throughout the customer journey;
Define and monitor commercial and product performance KPI’s. Makes product & commercial recommendations based upon data reports & customer insights;
Stays abreast of market developments and technological innovations, analyzes changing customer needs and brings best practices forward.
Our new Product Manager
You have a master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Innovation or MBA;
You have relevant (5+ years) experience in the media or advertising field;
You know what the TV advertising ecosystem looks like and who the key players are. You know the main advertising models in traditional TV. You know the major trends for TV advertising in the streaming era;
You are highly capable of designing and communicating product vision and strategy, both to a partner, a team of engineers and to senior management;
You can act as a point of contact for both business and technical stakeholders;
You can communicate clearly and concisely and transform complex, conceptual ideas into implementable solutions;
You have experience with best practices in product design (i.e. design thinking, roadmap design, writing business requirements, …);
You know how to write a (lean) business case to prove the viability of your idea;
You can think strategically and maintain a helicopter view;
You are able to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and can manage multiple initiatives in parallel;
You have a passion for advertising models and entertainment;
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
