The Cloud Data & Engineering team have Five main objectives:

  • Building a Data Hub platform that delight our customers.
  • We do this by building a series of repeatable data migration patterns to reduce time to market.
  • Enabling scalable customer focused solutions, that is maintainable and recoverable.
  • Supporting teams migrating data to cloud including agreeing target Operating Models.
  • Encouraging responsible use of infrastructure by making visible Just in Time access, reducing our carbon footprint.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join us and assist with the migration of the Insurance and Wealth estate and assure the alignment of future cloud projects to the highest of standards to realise the next generation of services that form the banks vision for 2024 and beyond!We’re looking for someone who is passionate, inspiring and customer focused.   • The ability to craft a product vision and define work to be done.
  • Proven Product Owner experience working in a cross-functional team.
  • Previous experience guiding engineering teams in the priority of data set migrations
  • Ability to influence up and down the organisation and explain prioritisation decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering customer-focussed features against challenging deadlines.
  • Experience of building a phenomenal team environment that attracts and retains talent.
  • You’ll understand what it means to be a role model to support a culture where people can grow and develop.
