What You’ll Do:
The mandate of a Product Owner is to enable the delivery of the product strategy and vision. They set the direction for the product teams, by setting the vision and ensuring the correct work is prioritised to deliver value to customers and the business.

• Ownership of the Talent Acquisition technology business area:

• ATS
• Career site
• Background checks
• Assessment tools
• Key opportunities:

• Increase ratio of qualified candidates per requisition
• Increase the quality of the candidate experience
• Improve time-to-hire
• Building relationships with business stakeholders & creating alignment between product & business strategy
• Establishing the quarterly business outcome and OKRs for the products within their specific group in collaboration with stakeholders
• Managing live products to ensure value is being delivered to end users. Ensuring BAU operations are achieved, and system availability is maintained
• Collaboration with major programme teams to own the ‘what and why’ for major investments

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years experience in HR / HR Technology
• Industry or functional expertise in Retail
• An appropriate degree, equivalent qualification or experience
• Experience in global HR technology platforms – Workday, market leading ATS experience desired
• Fluent in agile scrum methodologies
• Fluent in design thinking, building out personas, journey maps, opportunity mapping, assumption testing, and identifying opportunities to drive tangible value for the end user
