Due to expansion, we are looking for a Product Owner to join ROI’s in-house development team, CODIFI.

Our CODIFI technology division are at the forefront of our business, developing innovative and market leading web solutions for our automotive customers. We are preparing to take our UK success into Europe over the next 24 months.

What will you do?

• End to end product delivery from requirements through planning, development interaction, acceptance testing and customer release
• Liaising between design/development/implementation based on client requirements
• Gain a deep understanding of the product capabilities and defining how we build the future road map for international expansion
• Create effective written communications e.g. roadmaps, user stories
• Build great relationships with our customers and internal teams
• Monitoring and evaluating the product performance
• Participating in scrum meetings/sprints

A bit about you:

• You will have existing experience of managing the product lifecycle of web based SAAS as a Product Owner to clients
• You will be detail focused and able to bring the client needs to life for our development and test teams
• Great organisational skills and known as a problem solver
• Useful if you have experience in delivering European and global solutions as we expand our client base
• Useful if you have worked in agile development environments

Operating in the UK & Europe across five sites, ROI delivers a range of outsourced solutions to our Automotive clients, resulting in increased operational efficiency, sales and customer satisfaction.
