Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Mission in Kosovo is seeking Proposal from interested parties to produce and air air 40 to 45-minute documentary on the safety of journalists in Kosovo followed by live debate.

This documentary will explore cases of violence and intimidation against journalists, the role and results of justice institutions in addressing these cases, and the extent to which they are prioritized the challenges in ensuring justice. It will also examine legal protections, systemic challenges, and the backlog of cases involving attacks on journalists with the aim of raising public awareness on press freedom and journalist protection
