We’re working with a global leader of animal feed to appoint a Production Planning & Logistics Manager. The company has locations in over 20 countries, a workforce of around 5000 and sell to clients in close to 100 countries. Their Belfast operation has received further investment, so they are looking to continue to develop and expand this.You’ll have a high degree of autonomy within the role, so you be able to lead different supply chain projects and strategic input into supply chain development. You’ll be managing all things planning related so that’ll include 11 members of staff ranging from team leaders to administrators. It’s a short term 0-13 week turn around which includes planning, scheduling and distribution planning.What do you need?

• 5 years within Production Planning with at least 3 of those within a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & MRP/ERP systems.
• Ideally possess experience in food production.
