If you’ve got experience in joinery or a similar trade and are ready to lead a team, this could be your next big move.This production team leader role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, workshop-based work while supporting production targets and quality standards in a leadership capacity.Location: Kirkby-in-Ashfield
Pay: £15 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 16:30pm
Contract type: Temporary to permanentKey responsibilities

• Lead the assembly of units, ensuring all components are fitted correctly
• Follow specifications and guidelines to maintain consistency
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Support smooth day-to-day production operations
• Adhere to health and safety procedures
• Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately
• Monitor stock levels and carry out regular inventory checks

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in joinery, carpentry or a similar trade
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings
• Confident in leading or supervising a small team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
