Plan and ensure on-schedule, within-budget project execution from beginning through end.
Oversee deadline completion, manages resources, and assesses and tracks any risks.
Ensure that projects are executed within budget; identify additional funding that may be required.
Work across teams to identify and schedule resources and estimate LOE.
Facilitate overcoming obstacles encountered by all teams involved in a project.
Coordinate among administrative, technical, programmatic, and customer organizations; leadership; and subject matter experts.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in international security, defense cooperation, or related fields.
Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop strategic solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals on a daily basis throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Experience participating in and leading IPTs preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Professional degree and 5 years related experience. (Four Additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree.)
Compensation of the Program Analyst:
Salary range: $80,000- $100,000
