KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Portfolio Management for the
Firm
- Plan and manage workstream for firm’s multiple programs using
tools such as Asana and Google Workspace - Work closely with CEO, recommending and prioritizing tasks,
client communications to maximize impact and effectiveness - Proactively plan, organize and communicate to CEO and
colleagues monthly, weekly and daily priorities
2) Program Design & Implementation
Design
- Design and build programs with CEO and coaches – from concept
to agenda to materials - Support Business Development such as proposal writing and
prospect follow-up
Implementation
- Plan and manage ‘Deliverables” (e.g. program materials, online
meetings, client portals, etc.) with weekly tracking and readiness
reports - Produce, organize and ready program materials (e.g. PDF,
Powerpoint, Word) with associates and coaches
- Act as a “Producer” for program events as needed (program
readiness: Zoom link, materials, email notifications) - Manage live events as needed (e.g. manage participants, chat,
polls, breakout rooms)
3) Program Strategy and Mission Enablement
- Work closely with CEO to assess programs, business development
opportunities to maximize meeting firm’s
mission
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in program design and execution focused on
Learning & Development in Leadership & DEI - Proven capability to flawlessly manage complex mix of programs
and client communications - Adaptive and flexible to shift with fast-changing company and
client priorities - Proven ability to work independently
- A compelling need for high-level performance and personal
accountability - Strong professional presence, language and attitude to
communicate with corporate clients - Excellent oral and written communication skills
