Individuals engaged under a consultancy will not be considered “staff members” under the Staff Regulations and Rules of the United Nations and UNICEF’s policies and procedures and will not be entitled to benefits provided therein (such as leave entitlements and medical insurance coverage). Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants. Consultants are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.

The selected candidate is expected to submit the proposal under the following head:
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
A) Technical Evaluation (maximum 80 Points)
B) Financial Proposal (maximum of 20 Points)
Phase 1 – shortlisting candidates for interview
Phase 2 – Qualifying candidates technically, based on the overall scores

Minimum qualifying marks for the Technical Proposal will be 64 i.e. 80% of the total score.
B) Financial Proposal (maximum of 20 Points)
The financial proposals of only those candidates, who are found technically qualified / responsive, will be opened.
Important Note: Please do not indicate financials anywhere else in any of the other documents.
