Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the administrative planning, coordination, and support of activities or functions related to the Graduate Program. The position provides professional and administrative skills of a complex and confidential nature, assisting the Director of a variety of diversified administrative, supervisory, and financial functions. The position assists in student recruitment, enrollment, organization of classes, academic advising, monitors student progress, facilitates graduation and other related duties.
Position may require occasional evening and weekend duties as well as limited travel to education meetings and recruitment purposes.

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals regardless of background.
· Ability to complete work and meet established deadlines in an accurate and timely manner, and to manage competing deadlines.
· Excellent organizational skills, analytical, and demonstrated attention to detail.
· Strong problem skills to assist learners and resolve issues.
· Actively cooperates and supports the work of others and goals of academic programs.
· Thorough knowledge of educational software and platforms
· Working knowledge of administrative and operational parameters
· Demonstrated experience and documented excellence in oral and written communication skills; includes active listening and critical thinking.
· Thorough knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements
Required Education / Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
· 3-5 years’ experience managing/coordinating an educational program.
· Experience in lieu of education may be substituted.
