Role of the Program Coordinator: The Program Coordinator (PC) is responsible for supporting and coordinating the implementation of donor-supported programs in line with SEED’s mission and values, ensuring the achievement of goals, objectives, and targets. The PC supports their supervisor, the Program Manager, in planning program activities, maintaining work plans, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the grant life cycle. Key responsibilities include assisting with program implementation and compliance with donor regulations; maintaining accurate and up-to-date program files, records and reporting systems; and tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure high-quality and timely internal and external reporting. The PC coordinates with different departments and units including procurement, logistics, communications, MEAL, and the relevant technical teams, enabling routine and timely coordination. The PC also plays a key role in organizing meetings and events, and contributes to the development of reports, proposals, and program materials.
