What we want
The Program Coordinator I – Instructional Coach will coordinate Children’s Center Early Childhood Teaching and Education programs. This position will provide technical support and services including coaching, training, mentoring, quality assurance, and teamwork.
What you need to know
Salary: $55,100 – $60,610/Annually (Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience).

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or combination of education and experience
Two years of program administration experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to train and provide presentations to large and small groups.
Ability to utilize resources, technology, and library to appropriately answer questions and provides guidance to staff.
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and appropriately with others. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Sustained concentration and attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload and deadlines.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet the needs of all children including children with special needs, challenging behaviors, at risk, and gifted.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
Experience: Five years of early childhood classroom experience or more than 3 years of early childhood administration or equivalent.
Certification: HighScope Trainer, COR Advantage Reliable, CLASS Certified Observer.
