Reporting to the Manager of Delivery and Grantee Affairs, the Program Delivery Analyst will play a central role supporting key operations relating to program and grants management within AI and Advanced Computing (AI/AC); helping to process and track the group’s gifts and grants throughout their lifecycle; and supporting the grantee community as appropriate. The Analyst will support programs within AI/AC, including AI at Work and AI Safety Science, and other programs as assigned.

The Program Delivery Analyst’s role will include the following:

Grants Administration: Working as a key member of the AI/AC team and in partnership with our finance, accounting, grants management, and legal teams, the Program Delivery Analyst will support grants administration within the AI/AC portfolio, with a particular focus on AI at Work and AI Safety.

Operations Management: Working with the Manager of Delivery and Grantee Affairs and the AI/AC team, the Program Delivery Analyst will support program implementation by providing operational support to designated programs and at the AI/AC group level.
