This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Program Facilitator to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

The role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Training and Development, your responsibilities include supporting the delivery of our accredited and non-accredited training across RAV’s training and development programs. You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of RAV’s training calender including the delivery of online training workshops, in addition to the delivery of customised training solutions, online and face to face programs.
Whilst this is a casual position, successful candidates can expect to work during normal business hours, i.e. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5pm.
About you
- Degree qualified in law, counselling, social work, education or psychology; qualifications in more than one field preferable.
- Understanding of academic educational and training requirements, regulations and standards, as well as ensuring compliance in relation to training services and products.
- High level skills in written and verbal communication, negotiation, liaison and collaboration.
- Experience working with Online Learning Management Systems and clinical experience working in relationship counselling and/or family violence is an advantage.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable).

The hourly rate is $60.43 per hour, inclusive of the 25% casual loading.
