The Role
The tasks of the Program Finance Officer are focused on providing financial support to the OPT programme officers and programme teams on country basis focusing on management of a number of institutionally funded projects
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in a Business Economics, Business Administration of Accountancy, minimum Bachelor level
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in a Financial position
- Knowledge of SAP is essential or willingness to learn
- Experience with Excel (advanced)
- Knowledge of Financial processes, administration and audit requirements
- Excellent English and Arabic, both verbal and written –
- You are flexible, pro-active and have an eye for detail
- You can work under tight deadlines

What we offer
The employee will be contracted by Oxfam with a competitive, fair and comprehensive pay and benefits package that is justifiable to our donors. Basic salary starts as 126,944 ILS gross per annum, for a 40-hour contract. Salary offered will be subject to funding available and competences.
