Here’s where you come in:
As the Program Impact and Effectiveness Manager, you will lead the program quality system for WVPNG to provide efficiency and effectivness of grant projects, demonstrating a credible account of change and impact. Key stakeholders include WVPNG internal staff as well as WV support offices, donors, community partners, WV partnership, Government of PNG and other implementing partners.
Requirements include:
- At least 8 years experience in international development and humanitarian programming and a proven high level of competence in Program Quality systems, design, monitoring and evaluation, Accountability and Learning, and Quality Assurance Coordination.
- Working knowledge of logical framework approach to project design, monitoring and evaluation /project cycle management.
- Excellent research skills and previous experience in conducting situational and data analyses.
- Master’s Degree preferred in International Development, studies Mathematics or a similar field.
