We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Program Lead Occupational Therapy to become an integral part of our dynamic multidisciplinary service. As a clinical expert in Occupational Therapy services, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

As the Program Lead Occupational Therapy (Adult Scope), you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver care to our outreach service to our clients. Your role will involve providing leadership, mentorship, and lead the implementation of evidence-based practices. Your expertise and guidance ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and coaching to staff.
  • Coordinate quality improvement strategies and supervise staff.
  • Participate in organisational planning and service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain responsibility for a client caseload and develop care plans.
  • Monitor performance and contribute to effective service functioning.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in community health services.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
