The Organisation:
Our client’s mission is to take an active leadership and an influential role in providing essential programs and services to the local community particularly those from marginalised and disadvantaged backgrounds. Focusing on a diverse range of issues from family reconciliation, family meditation, housing to mentoring and education.
The Role:
The Program Manager reporting to the Executive Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective management and delivery of life-changing initiatives. Providing a leadership presence, this position will be integral in supporting site leadership, regional networking and identification of local opportunities.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Lead service delivery of programs.
- Ensure all programs are meeting service and financial delivery targets.
- Provide effective leadership and support to the team.
- Review programs and initiate development to ensure organisational growth.
- Build and maintain relevant networks and partnerships.
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Tertiary qualification in Education, Youth Work, Social Work or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years Management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership as well as the ability to lead a team across sites.
- Experience in the development and implementation of new programs.
- Experience in development and maintenance of positive external relationships and partnerships.
- A working knowledge of case management frameworks.
- A working knowledge of relevant risk and needs assessment models and theoretical frameworks.
- A comprehensive understanding of child and adolescent development.
The Offer:
A salary package of $109,453 plus superannuation is on offer, along with attractive PBI/NFP salary packaging.
