The role:
As Program Manager Child & Youth Services, you will support Team Leaders, oversee and implement quality service provision to children and adolescents living in Child and Youth Services. You will liaise with DFFH, fellow staff members, managers, families, Support Coordinators, Case Managers, NDIA, Disability Services, program providers, community groups, schools and other interested parties in relation to participant related and service delivery issues, and participate in the monitoring and evaluation of service performance and client outcomes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a leader managing and leading a team.
- Experience working in residential services is preferred.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sound computer literacy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of coordinating and chairing meetings.
- A good understanding of the principles of the Disability Act 2006

- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (free online)
- Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
