Position Summary:
The Programs Manager ILP plays a vital role in the AGSM in ensuring the successful planning, delivery, and engagement of our Indigenous Programs; and is also the face of the Indigenous Programs, engaging with and proactively supporting participants and partner organisations throughout their learning journey, and assisting where required to guide and support participants as they progress. With a wealth of stakeholders to work with, the Programs Manager ILP will be a key liaison, fostering collaboration and communication to guarantee the smooth and efficient implementation of our suite of Indigenous Programs.
Accountabilities:

New Two Tracks conference held annually, and the AGSM Indigenous Faculty Day.
, record and manage all arrangements using AGSM systems and processes and provide strategic recommendations on system improvements to AGSM Short Courses.
