Responsibilities:
To plan, design & implement QRCS programs/projects in Niger, in compliance with QRCS & office strategy To develop humanitarian intervention plans/mechanisms & identify priorities in light of developments in Niger.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Administration, Disaster Management & Relief Operations, or equivalent from a recognized university , Specialized professional certification or training courses in project management, NGO management, conflict management or humanitarian action preferable.
Requirements:
7+ years of practical experience in the field ,Advanced practice of relief/development project management methodologies & knowledge of data analysis & reporting mechanism , Aquaintance with Red Cross Red Crescent Fundamental Principles & knowledge of internal/external auditing mechanisms for organizations & projects , Strategic thinking skills, good understanding of strategic planning processes, effective communication skills & ability to train/develop subordinate employees , Competent use of Microsoft Office suite , Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment , Good command of Arabic, English & French
