• HEW 9 $127,682 – $135,330 + 17% Superannuation (pro rata, part time)

As a Program Manager, REACH Enablement, you will:

• Undertake strategic project planning, including the provision of expert project management advice and assistance to senior leaders, key stakeholders and other program staff within REACH
• Lead, monitor, and report on the development and execution of detailed project plans for all phases of the program life-cycle, ensuring projects are aligned to program goals and are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Promote teamwork and provide tailored mentoring and coaching to enable individuals to deliver high quality solutions and the achievement of project goals
• Actively engage and enable collaboration across teams and with a diverse range of stakeholders to negotiate inclusive and accessible solutions and achieve project goals
• Analyse complex problems, identify root causes, weigh up options to identify accessible and inclusive solutions and translate complex issues into clear and understandable project goals and targets

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training; or
• Extensive experience and project management expertise
• Demonstrated experience in a program and/or project management role using a variety of methodologies, tools and practices
• Demonstrated experience to manage and contribute to multiple projects concurrently
