About the opportunity
Join our Child Youth and Families team and use your admin and finance skills for good. As the Program Support Officer, you will provide office support, financial admin and general program support.
You get a sense of satisfaction from ensuring the efficiency of day-to-day administration. Versatility is your strength in this role as you work through a variety of responsibilities including:
- General admin and office support
- Coordinating meetings, agendas & minutes
- Keeping our team SharePoint site up to date
- Processing invoices and preparing monthly reports
- Reconciling client brokerage records
- Updating client management systems and databases
What’s on offer
In addition to base salary (SCHADS Level 3) and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

You are confident to work autonomously and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and you pride yourself on fostering great working relationships.
You will bring with you:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles.
- Proven office and financial admin skills.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities & meet deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve and effectively manage feedback.
