Program Trainer – Basrah

Empowerment Organization For Development and Public Services is looking for Program Trainers for NAP UN1325 with a TOT certificate. The trainer will conduct training and contribute to successful implementation of the project in Basrah also to the overall development and quality of the program portfolio in the governorates. The trainer will work in close cooperation with the program manager.

Duty Station:  Basrah

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design effective training programs
2. Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
3. Conduct seminars, workshops, etc.
4. Keep attendance and other records
5. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
6. Archiving of all entrusted and acquired documents
7. Behave in appropriate manners at all times and in all places

Requirements and skills:

1. Proven experience as a trainer
2. Public speaking and presentation skills
3. (TOT) certificated
4. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
5. Proficient in MS OfficePowerpoint ; e-learning software is an asset
6. Organizational and time management abilities
7. Establish a constructive learning environment and relationship with the trainee’s to encourage advice-seeking and maximise learning opportunities
8. Critical thinking and decision making
