That means delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and doing our part to create a prosperous society.Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 110 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionWe are currently delivering some exciting programmes for a variety of clients across the private and public sectors.Our programmes cover work across the globe and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the marketplace.We are seeking a Programme Coordinator with experience in supporting the management of programmes and a desire to contribute to the growth of our business in a fast-paced environment.This role will support the activities within the REPM team and take a proactive role in delivering scope with some of our major clients.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assisting the Senior Programme Manager or Commission Lead on a range of tasks, including:
  • Managing client relationships and related commission outputs and deliverables
  • Managing efficient data collection and benchmarking
  • Operating effective processes and systems to be used throughout the programme
  • Managing the interface with the client and other consultants at all programme stages
  • Capturing the client and commission requirements and reporting on progress
  • Supporting the set up, delivery, and close out activities of programmes in accordance with the requirements of the role
  • Identifying opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to the appropriate line manager
  • Supporting the production of tender bid documents
  • Identifying ways in which programme management products and services can be improved
  • Understanding and identifying cross-divisional opportunities

QualificationsQualificationsEssential Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree educated in a construction, Real Estate, or Facility Management related degree.
  • Project Management & Cost Management (Quantity Surveying experience) within a Construction or Real Estate Consultancy.
  • Programme Management experience within Real Estate with Blue Chip and Commercial Clients.
  • Experience running refurbishment or fit out projects for Commercial or Blue Chip Clients.

  • Able to build strong, professional client relationships and proactively identify and resolve client’s issues
  • Attention to detail in service delivery, communications, and ways of working with others
  • Demonstrably excellent analytic and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness including the ability to articulate business decisions within the wider context and market trends
  • Confident working alone and as part of a team, with the ability to flex according to the needs of the programme
  • A desire to grow and develop roles into more senior opportunities
  • Business development experience, in the context of identifying opportunities with existing as well as new clients
  • Competent user of data management software (for example Excel) and systems for data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance
  • Possess an approach to working that covers delivery of tasks and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Programme leadership experience would be beneficial

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALITIES:

  • Able to build strong, professional client relationships and proactively identify and resolve client’s issues.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrably strong communication skills.
  • Active team member who shares skills and knowledge and recognizes industry best practice.
  • Commercial awareness including the ability to articulate and justify the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Ability to analyse information quickly and report to the benefit of the team.
  • Ideally professionally qualified in: programme management, engineering, construction, surveying, architecture, information technology, or a related field.
  • Business development experience, in the context of identifying opportunities with existing as well as new clients.
  • Competent user of data management software (for example Excel) and systems for data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance.
  • Possess an approach to working that covers delivery of tasks and effective stakeholder engagement.
