Programme Finance Officer – Partnership Assessment [Short-Term 03 months] (INT10157)

Do you have experience in conducting partnership assessments, preparing reports, and submitting them to the assessment team for review?

Do you have experience in ensuring comprehensive assessments using partner NGOs assessment tools are undertaken to provide a sound basis for selecting financially capable partners?

Do you have experience in providing a whole range of financial services to a development organization?

The Role:

Oxfam in Bangladesh is looking for a competent financial professional who be responsible and accountable for conducting partner organization assessments, preparing reports and submitting them to the assessment team for review, assist proposal development process and making grant agreement to ensure delivery of EWCSA project impactfully.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

• Graduate/Post Graduate qualification commerce.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing a whole range of financial services to an organisation, ideally with at least 2 years in the national or International NGO
• Maintain confidentiality in all area of work
• Proven knowledge of partnership assessment procedure
• Self-management including ability to prioritise own workload and work independently and commitment to meet deadlines
