The Role:

 

Oxfam in Bangladesh is looking for a competent financial professional who be responsible and accountable for conducting partner organization assessments, preparing reports and submitting them to the assessment team for review, assist proposal development process and making grant agreement to ensure delivery of EWCSA project impactfully.

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.

 

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate qualification commerce.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing a whole range of financial services to an organisation, ideally with at least 2 years in the national or International NGO
  • Maintain confidentiality in all area of work
  • Proven knowledge of partnership assessment procedure
  • Self-management including ability to prioritise own workload and work independently and commitment to meet deadlines
