The Programme Management Support Unit (PMSU) at UNDP Zimbabwe plays a critical oversight role, ensuring that the various programmes and projects implemented by the organization are effectively monitored and evaluated. The PMSU Unit operates independently and is not under any specific portfolio, allowing it to objectively assess the performance, outcomes, and impacts of initiatives across all sectors.
As part of its mandate, the PMSU Unit ensures that data-driven insights are provided to inform decision-making, program adjustments, and strategic planning. To support this function, the PMSU Unit is seeking interns to assist with basic M&E activities, statistical analysis, data management, GIS analytics, and supporting management and tracking project results in real-time.
