Under the leadership of the Deputy Country Representative and the direct supervision of the Programme Technical Coordinator, the National Programme Management Specialist is responsible for managing the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the GBV/EVAWG programme for the CO, including providing technical support to the implementation of the Country Office programme, managing the monitoring and reporting for the Country Office, overseeing and guiding people and budget management for the programme team, building partnerships and providing support in developing resource mobilization strategies, and managing knowledge building efforts.
Responsibilities
- Strong programme formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation skills
- Strong knowledge of Results Based Management
- Ability to synthesize program performance data and produce analytical reports to inform management and strategic decision-making
- Strong knowledge of Gender Based Violence programming and support
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to identify and analyse trends, opportunities and threats to fundraising and develop strategies
Education & Work Experience
Master’s Degree – 5 year(s) experience OR Bachelor’s Degree – 7 year(s) experience.
