We help our clients gain easy and safe access to scalable IT applications and innovative business models.Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Programme Manager to join our Retail Banking division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up Retail/Neobanking cloud based solutions and delivering end-to-end banking capabilities, customer/account migration and cut-over, and establishing cloud IT banking operations.Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium scale programmes or multiple workstreams on large and complex transformation programmes within the Retail Banking division
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in, oversight and support for the programme
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align on delivery and ensure business value is achieved
  • Implement effective governance processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure programme management and delivery
  • Produce project charter, coordinate project plans, resource plans, and related project management, ensuring all requirements and objectives are met
  • Lead detailed plans to deliver project objectives, engaging with partners and critically assessing requirements
  • Manage client stakeholders and coordinate GFT global teams to drive a successful outcome for the client
  • Oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, and external partners, to ensure successful programme delivery
  • Ensure that risks, actions, issues, and dependencies are clearly identified, managed and mitigated
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders, including status updates and progress reports
  • Manage the budget and resource allocation for the programmes to ensure optimal use of resources
  • Provide clear, accurate, timely and actionable information that allows technology and business partners to understand delivery status, progress and performance
  • Deliver compliant solutions following best practice, standards and regulations

Required ExperienceTechnical Skills:

  • 8 to 10 years of strong experience as a programme / project manager in the retail banking industry
  • Strong knowledge and experience in delivering end-to-end banking solutions, testing and migration to the cloud, and setting up cloud IT banking operations
  • Strong technical background and experience in banking technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project and programme management methodologies. Ideally, Scrum or SAFe, Prince2/PMP and MSP certified.
  • Solid technical engineering experience in building solutions
  • Experience in delivering to investment banks and/or insurance companies would be an advantage.
