The Role:

 

This role will support Project and Programme Managers across Impact Division to meet our compliance requirements across OGB.

 

Overseeing contract and project management systems for restricted contracts by providing effective and reliable support.  Supporting projects and teams administration support, coordination and monitoring;  financial administration involving recharges and finances of our contracts and projects; communications for our stakeholders, providing updates to Divisions and collation of data.

 

Please note this is a six month fixed-term opportunity.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

 

  • Substantial administration skills, with the ability to develop, maintain and improve systems and procedures 
  • Able to work with initiative and organise, plan and prioritise
  • Experience in project management and project management systems; exhibiting a highly adaptable and flexible approach to managing work in demanding situations to deliver deadlines
  • High levels of attention to detail and ability to gather, collate, analyse, problem-solve and systematise information; 
  • Competent computer skills, including tools like Microsoft Word and Excel, and able to develop skills in
  • Desire to adapt, develop skills and learn, including when faced with change
  • High levels of discretion and respect for confidentiality
