Seefar is seeking applications for a Programmes (pg) Assistant to support the Programmes team with project management and compliance on several projects related to migration, digitisation and livelihoods. This role will provide support and coordination to project and programme teams around the world, working with the programme coordinator. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient and an autonomous individual with the capacity to work on multiple projects at the same time. You can be based anywhere in the world and must be fluent in English. This can either be a full time or a part-time position, with flexible working hours. The fee range is between $2,000 – 2,500 for full time work.

This role will work with project teams to support service delivery, administration and compliance. It will require someone who is smart, intrinsically motivated, worldly, interested in hard challenges and is highly flexible and efficient.
We are looking for someone with:
- An undergraduate degree.
- Complete fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to navigate G-suite and Gsheets in particular.
- Ideally some experience in project administration.
Responsibilities
Deliver: Project Compliance Support
- Assisting project teams to deliver projects smoothly, including by:
- Assist with project compliance across the enterprise.
- Ensure Project Ledgers are updated and maintained for projects.
- Conducting monthly compliance monitoring.
- Scheduling project meetings, recording actions and decisions and circulating and tracking them.
- Assisting project managers on:
- Financial management, administration and reporting.
- HR:
- Supporting recruitments.
- Reference checks for project teams.
- Management of project information across the organisation.
- Other tasks as directed.
