The position is assigned to the Finance Sector Office (SG-FIN) within the Sectors Group (SG). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

• You will report to the designated International Staff and senior National Staff.As a Project Analyst, you will provide a full spectrum of operational, analytical, knowledge, relationship and other support for the effective functioning of the team.
• Work independently and collaboratively to carry out a full spectrum of operation and other work:

Operational Support and Management:

• Support the processing and implementation of projects, programs, and technical assistance.
• Regularly prepare and update Project Performance Reports.
• Support the teams and clients.

Managing Contract Awards and Disbursements:

• Administer all activities related to contract awards and disbursements, e.g. reviewing withdrawal applications, following up on submissions, preparing correspondence, and supporting the fulfillment of ADB’s commitments and financing percentages.

Administration of Loan Covenants:

• Maintain records to monitor the compliance with loan covenants, advise and support the team and clients in ensuing the compliance, follow up on outstanding obligations of executing agencies such as the submission of financial statements, monthly and/or quarterly progress reports; and inputs data on the status of such compliance into the Project Administration Systems (PAS) of the mainframe computer.
