Job Purpose
To conduct and follow up on non-formal education, social cohesion, and protection activities, implement case management interventions for the cases of project beneficiaries, support updating service mapping, and make referrals.
Key Activities/Tasks/Duties
- Plan, conduct, and follow up non-formal education, social cohesion, and protection activities in the Adana project center,
- Plan and follow up on Turkish language training including teachers, classes, and beneficiaries with their attendance lists.
- Support case management activities through assessment, case planning, case implementation, follow up and case closure working closely with the case management team.
- Work with the team in the organization and externally to identify and register individual cases requiring protection intervention in the field and/or through community center visits.
- Identify protection cases and case follow-up until case closure, as per CM SOP.
- Accompanying beneficiaries for referrals etc. if necessary
- Organize and attend the meeting with other organizations in Adana and represent Sened if needed.
- Supporting the service mapping and keeping the service map updated.
- Reporting and assisting Project Manager and Protection Manager with project reports.
- Support recording registered beneficiaries in the database in a timely manner and update information as necessary and ensure that progress is updated in the database,
- Ensuring accurate, timely, and secure data entry of all the beneficiaries.
Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience)
A. Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree in education, Psychology, or any other relevant field.
- Fluent in Arabic and Turkish languages.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar position.
B. Desirable
- Advanced level in the English language.
- Verified experience in humanitarian work and principles.
