Job Summary:
The Field Assistant will support the Project Coordinator in implementing the project” Innovative Prosperity and Leadership in Protection and Livelihood Income Generation.” She/he will assist with administrative tasks, logistics, data collection, and communication to ensure the efficient execution of all project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative and logistical support for project activities,
· Collect and organize data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Maintain detailed records of project activities, participant lists, and progress reports.
· Liaise with local stakeholders, community members, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth communication and engagement.
· Support the preparation of monthly progress reports and contribute to mid-term reviews and final evaluations.

سيدعم المساعد الميداني منسق المشروع في تنفيذ مشروع ” الازدهار المبتكر والقيادة في الحماية وتوليد دخل سبل العيش “. وسيساعد في المهام الإدارية واللوجستية وجمع البيانات والاتصالات لضمان التنفيذ الفعال لجميع أنشطة المشروع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
• تقديم الدعم الإداري واللوجستي لأنشطة المشروع،
• جمع وتنظيم البيانات لأغراض المراقبة والتقييم، وضمان الدقة والالتزام بالوقت المناسب.
• الحفاظ على السجلات التفصيلية لأنشطة المشروع وقوائم المشاركين وتقارير التقدم.
• التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة المحليين وأعضاء المجتمع والمستفيدين لضمان التواصل والمشاركة السلسة.
• دعم إعداد تقارير تقدم العمل الشهرية والمساهمة في المراجعات المرحلية والتقييمات النهائية.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in project support, administration, or community development.
· Familiarity with women’s empowerment, peacebuilding, or civic engagement initiatives is an advantage.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in English and Arabic; Kurdish is a plus.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• مهارات تنظيمية قوية ومهارات تعدد المهام.
• إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، واللغة الكردية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• مهارات ممتازة في التعامل والتواصل.
