Qualification: Masters/PG Diploma in Sociology, Rural Development or relevant field

Experience: Minimal 5 years in development sector

Competencies: Team management, good writing abilities, fleuncy in english and Hindi

Job Description:-

– Gaining indepth knowledge on child protection and care reform system of india and Jharkhand

– Liasion with relevant government officials and extensive networking with subject experts, civil society, academicians on child protection and care reform

– Anchoring a project on child protection, managing reporting and donor coordination

– Ensuring digital monitoring of project activities and timely updation of monitoring interface

– Working closely with Protection In Charge and ICT lead to ensure project activities are in line with CINI Method and the progress is streamlined

– Working as point person for district implementation site of Khunti and Ranchi districts

– Support in knowledge products development and printing

– Provding day to day handholding support to case managers and field teams

– Being open to work across thematics to ensure the project learnings can be spilled over to other projects

– Ensuring CINI policies and norms are followed by the teams

Expected travel:- Extensive travel to field, need based meeting locations, as well as CINI HO and state offices

CTC- Rs. 58,000/-
