Part of Corporate Services Division, the IT team includes Digital services, Operations, Change Management and CRM teams.

About the opportunity

We are transforming our CRM ecosystem, and this role will play a key role in implementing our future platform.

The CRM Project Coordinator will play a critical support role working across CRM Program Team, internal business stakeholders, and implementation partners to deliver the organisation’s CRM strategy.

As a member of the CRM program team, this role will support the project administration need to design & delivery of the CRM. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Program Manager and Stream Leads to schedule resources, training, and testing activities. You will be a critical support to coordinate Sprint activities and keep our project knowledge systems up to date.

The CRM Project Coordinator will use their experience and skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role will act as the glue helping ensure the right resources are in the right place, at the right time, with the right information.

Reporting to the CRM Program Manager your role is to:

  • Coordination of Business Resources across project streams, assist with maintaining the business resource plan and training administration including schedule, invites, sessions, survey, and attendance reports.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Administration including scheduling, ensuring documentation is available and assisting to facilitate sessions.
  • Coordination of Sprint Activities with the program and workstream leads.
  • Document meeting outcomes including project and design decisions.

In more details, here’s some of the experience and criteria that we’re looking for.

  • Advanced Diploma in Business Management, Project Administration and/or relevant experience.
  • Effective communication skills and experience in building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining information and records in various business systems.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a project-based environment.
  • Advanced office-based computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Flexible, ability to adapt to change quickly and able to work with ambiguity.

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience with Atlassian products – Confluence/Jira
  • NFP sector experience
  • Agile Certification

  • A base salary of $69,090 to $76,464 p.a. plus superannuation.
